• No account or sign-in is required.
• Game scores and settings are stored only on your device.
• We show ads through Google AdMob; AdMob may collect advertising-related data.
• We do not sell your personal information.

02 Information we do not collect

Snaky Player does not create user accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or payment details. High scores, sound preferences, vibration settings, and similar game options stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

03 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays banner and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect or process information such as:

• Device identifiers (for example, advertising ID / IDFA where permitted)
• IP address and approximate location derived from network data
• Device type, operating system, and app interaction related to ads
• Crash and diagnostics data related to the ads SDK

On iOS, you may be asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can decline tracking; ads may still appear, but they may be less personalized.

04 How you can control ads and tracking

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (limit app tracking), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads (reset advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization), depending on your device.
• You can also review choices described at Google Ads Settings.

05 Children’s privacy

Snaky Player is rated for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App includes third-party advertising, parents and guardians should review device-level tracking and ad settings.

06 Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.

07 Security

We take reasonable steps appropriate for a free ad-supported game that stores progress locally. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

08 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
